What
we like about this stock:
For the
nine months ended 9/30/04, revenues rose 64% to $10.8 million and net
income nearly quadrupled to $1.9 million. This stock has very few shares
out at 3.05 million and less than a 2 million share float. It is held
over 45% by insiders. With a current 52 week range of 4.19 to 12.59,
the stock has retraced appoximately 50% since it reached it's high in
Oct 04. Because of it's small float and relatively unknown market status
the stock has retraced dramatically in the last 6 months. However, the
fact is that fundamentally, this stock is as strong as ever, and they
carry zero debt. We expect this stock to start trading up towards it's
highs and eventually develop into a trading range above $10 per share
in the near future.

CLEC
- US LEC Corp added to Stocks to Watch. CLEC
is a growing regional telecommunications carrier based in the Norteast
US. For the 9 months ended Sept 04 the company posted a 14% increase
in revenue to 264 million. Although net loss increased 4% to 25 million,
we believe this company has very good upside potential with positive
prospects for revenue growth. US LEC serves over 21,000 business class
customers across 15 eastern states. The company posted over 340 million
in revenue for the last 12 months. Recent reported institutional
share holders include Vanguard and Schwab. At current prices (3.00
per share) CLEC is poised to be a good risk/reward play or a long term
"option". As always exercise due diligence. Also remember
to diversify and "don't put all of your eggs into one basket."

PDYN
- Paradyne Networks announced today a profit
of one cent a share compared to a 2 cent loss per share last quarter,
along with a 5% qtr to qtr revenue increase and a 26% year to year revenue
increase. This is the 7th consecutive quarter of growth for this growing
voice, data, video IP and Broadband equipment products maker. Based
on the current trends we see continued modest growth with this company
which should translate into healthy stock price growth. Thus, PDYN has
been added to the TradingProfiles

MIPS
- MIPS Technologies Inc. has been added to the TradingProfiles.com Hot Stocks List.
MIPS recently announced record licensing activity and it's 7th consecutive
quarter of growth. Revenue for 2Q 2005 was up 45% compared to the previous
year. MIPS Technologies develops embedded chips for digital and communication
products, office equipment, security products and automotive markets.
They have over 125 license agreements with more than 85 companies around
the world and and have a product line of over 250 embedded processors.
Based on the listed key
statistics for MIPS,
the company has positive cash flow and EPS, growing revenue, nearly
100 million in cash and zero debt. The stock recently traded up over
the $10 watermark to close at $11.39 on Thursday January 20th, this
in our opinion qualifies it to be purchased by major fund managers at
this point. With continued growth and expansion of their product line
and continued strong fiscal management we forsee a favorable continued
increase in the stock price over the next 12 to 18 months.
